How do fees work?

For the Reddit November special, the fee is $5,000 (incl. GST) for properties up to $1.2m. 30% is paid upfront as a non-refundable engagement fee upon contract signing, with the balance due when the contract becomes unconditional. For purchases above $1.2m, standard buyer’s agent fees apply (typically 1.1%–3% incl. GST); in that case, 30% is paid upfront and the balance when the contract is unconditional.

Do you work with interstate investors?

Do you help with inspections and conveyancing?

Yes. We can connect you with building/pest inspections as well as trusted conveyancers/solicitors. You will need to pay for these services.
